Soraya Montoya Gonzalez, Executive Director of Saldarriaga Concha Foundation. Profile: Medical doctor with training in management and administration of health programs. She has led the definition and execution of projects from public, private and non-profit organizations on issues like health, social inclusion, security and citizen coexistence, among others. Since 2006 she has served as Executive Director of the Saldarriaga Concha Foundation.

Created in 1973, the Saldarriaga Concha Foundation SCF focuses its work on people with disabilities and elderly people.  SCF concentrates its efforts in five areas: changing attitudes and behavior, building and strengthening skills, creating and sharing knowledge, facilitating the access to goods and services and strengthening laws and regulations.​
